You won't need a referral or any insurance to receive care immediately. Your initial paperwork will help the doctor get a better idea of your health history and current needs. At this time, we request you complete our new patient forms. You may complete these forms before coming to the office which will save time during your initial appointment. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information pertinent to your condition.
During your first visit, the doctor will explain muscularskeletal dysfunctions and how they may occur and which treatments will be used to correct them. If you've never been adjusted before, this is a great way to have some of your questions answered by a knowledgeable licensed doctor, so you know exactly what to expect.
Next you begin your consultation with a doctor. The doctor will discuss any health related issues, concerns, and potential treatment options.
After your consultation, a complete examination by the doctor will follow. The doctor will test your reflexes and flexibility. Standard additional neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests may be performed at this time.
After your evaluation, treatment will commence. This may include spinal adjustments, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS), therapeutic ultrasound, Graston Therapy, etc. Depending on your specific condition, we may need to refer you out for x-rays.
At the end of your visit, your doctor will suggest a wellness care program you can incorporate outside your treatment. We accept a variety of insurance providers including United Healthcare, UMR, Hometown Health, with more coming soon!
